B-Vent Gas Stoves Breckwell's "natural draft" stoves use the same high temperature, inexpensive Class B pipe specifically designed for gas appliances such as gas water heaters, furnaces and stoves. Direct Vent Technology: The direct vent technology featured on our classic G2500DV allows you to put your stove virtually anywhere in the home, without a vertical chimney. The units bring air from outside directly into the firebox for complete combustion, and then exhaust burnt gases directly back outside, through an inner pipe. The system is completely isolated from the living area, so there is no risk to indoor air quality. Direct venting is approved for mobile homes, dens and bedrooms - as well as kitchens, living and dining rooms - and is especially well-suited to new construction and tightly insulated homes.
