Troubleshooting Information If you are experiencing any operational problems with your pellet stove you will be able to find most of the answers here or in the troubleshooting guide of your owner's manual. Most operational issues are not caused by a component failure. Instead, the problem is most often related to improper maintenance and cleaning, or just a poor understanding of how the stove should be performing. If you are experiencing any operational issues with your stove we encourage you to first perform a complete and thorough cleaning of your stove, the blowers, and your exhaust flue. If that does not resolve your problem, you should be able to find the solution here or in your owner's manual troubleshooting section.
